Location, Location, Queso

It's been a long time since getting a nice little bonus. Similar to those sought after tattoos at the bottom of my Cracker Jacks, The Reserve Collier Hills comes with the amazing bonus of being just a few short steps to Verde's Chips and Queso. Couple this with a brand new gated community, awesome staff, and some rather attractive neighbors...sold. Additional perks include being close to one of the largest and cleanest CrossFit gyms, Venture CrossFit, Red Brick Brewery, Publix, and plenty of other places to eat and hang out. Upper Westside is the place to be.

Reserves at Collier Hill

One horrible management company (Pegasus Realty) was just replaced with another horrible management company. There have been repeated crimes and nothing is being done about it. 22 car break-ins in one night, apartment break-ins, theft, etc. My boyfriend intercepted an armed robbery and assault 10 feet outside our apartment where our 7-year old was sleeping. New residents have moved in and they had a massive party at the clubhouse until 2am. New management company is extremely slow with responding to work orders. The door on one building was broken so anyone could walk in and it took them a month to fix it.

Nice Apartment

Management groups keep turning over so there is no consistency but the rest of the facility is wonderful.

Spacious and pet friendly, but can be a little noisy on the weekends

Our complex houses anyone from college students to older working professionals. People enjoy having friends over to the pool during the summer to cool off. Our complex is really pet friendly and home to countless dogs. The dogs all make friends with each other as they walk outside in the pet park and around the complex buildings. The only real issue my husband and I have is the noise later at night. As young adults come back from the bars, they are a little louder than they realize and the noise carries pretty quickly up to the 3rd floor. We don't generally hear much noise other than that.
Overall we have had a good experience here since we moved to Atlanta in June. Everyone has been friendly and we really like the location!

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
