Como
Natural Scenic Neighborhood
Como Park is a bucolic neighborhood with lots of greenery and natural beauty. In town is the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, where various different animal species can be seen. The Como Regional Park is the most popular landmark in town. At this 450-acre public park, there are picnics, gardens, and even a golf course. Lake Como also offers the neighborhood some beautiful scenery. The locals love to visit the lake to soak all the views it has to offer.
Those who live in Como Park recommend taking a short trip outside of town for the highly rated restaurant and bars. All of them are very close to town so it is never a hassle to get good food or drinks. Restaurants in the area include Ngon Vietnamese Bistro, Homi Restaurant, Ishita Ramen, Los Ocampo Restaurant & Bar, Cheng Heng Restaurant, and Kolap Restaurant. Bars include Gabe's By The Park, Half Time Rec, Victorian Bar, and Willard's Liquors. Como Park is the ideal place to live for anyone who wants natural beauty and scenery in their hometown.

Great area with a lot to do nearby in Roseville. It is a quick walk to Como park, lake, or zoo which is nice for a free afternoon. My only qualm with the neighborhood is a lack of a convenience store, and stores in general, in walking distance.
