Stay Away!!
If its not for the questionable property management, stay away because of the location. A block from the Moore Square bus station, it seems like the crime always makes its way around the complex. Cannot walk around the area unless you are with a group. Also, they seemingly don't do any background checks as I have personally witnessed multiple instances of domestic violence. They also do not enforce any parking policies, allowing un-insured and unregistered vehicles and drivers to use the garage. I recommend staying as far away from the complex as possible, especially if you plan to work or study downtown.

Good Place for Law Students
The Lincoln probably has the best rates out of the Downtown luxury apartments. I walk to school everyday (just under a mile). The apartment has incredible views of the Raleigh skyline. Most other tenants are young adults.

*great for privacy from dorm style Station 9
Location right next to prime shopping (food, clothing, etc)
9 miles from Fuqua (not bad, easy drive)
15 miles from Station 9 (20 min drive viewed as far)
Horrible management, disorganized, inept, not student friendly
Summary: If you like privacy, have a car, and can avoid dealing with management (doable), you should be pretty happy here with a luxury style apartment to zen out in for a cheap price
