Practical and Quaint

Great, quiet neighborhood/ location. Very reasonable rent and utilities cost. Appliance and decor are outdated relative to competition but everything is functional and clean.

Great for families

Spacious apartment, bus stop right outside, up against Duke forest, tons of tenants with children and pets, very friendly. Tennis courts, pool, clubhouse with wifi, and a decent small gym.

Downside- very few Fuqua students live here, so let's change that next year!
