B9 Studio Review

Can go over to Station 9 to socialize, but go home to peace and quiet. Great amenities. A bit on the pricier side but worth having for "me" time.

Great location, very nice rooms and amenities. My only complaint is the property management company can be a bit slow to resolve issues and I often had trouble with gate clickers and keys not working.

Location

B9 is great for being "near the party", but not "in the party". It is conveniently located near the other apartment complexes that Fuqua students live in, next to a grocery store and restaurants, and only a short 10-minute drive to the business school.

Great apartment but a little pricey

Overall, my husband and I enjoy living in B9. Our apartment is super nice and decently spacious. We have a lot of storage with great closets and lots of cabinets in the kitchen. I also love having a small patio. It is definitely pricey but we chose it for a great apartment with laundry and parking plus the proximity to classmates and the grocery store.

Really like living in B9

B9 is one of the priciest options but the studio is a great deal. Location-wise is awesome, a couple of steps away from HT and other popular apartment complexes in the area. Management is really nice and they enforce rules strictly (this might play against if you like to party). Really happy with the apartment and overall experience.

This is where the majority of Fuqua students live. If you don’t live here you will still probably come here pretty frequently for social events. It’s waking difference from Tavern and Dain’s which are two bars that Fuqua students frequently go to.
It's where the MBA students live, so it's nice to be near the social scene. It's 2 miles from Fuqua. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Brodie gym/tennis courts are within a 10-min walk.
Perfect for being a Fuqua student! Very convenient walk to all of the 9th Street apartments, Harris Teeter, and Tavern for Tavern Tuesdays :)
Plently of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Duke's East campus is close-by for runners. Very easy access to downtown Durham.
Some places to eat and hang out, close to the brodie gym, east campus and running trail, safe and easy access to campus.
Neighborhood is great in terms of people (almost everyone lives here) and supermarket and great eating joints nearby
Best location by far - so many places to walk to and you’re near so many people. Quick drive to school.
There's a bunch of great restaurants, and a grocery store near by. Also, super accessible to campus.
