24 S Morgan Apts

Overall, I love this building. It's one of the cheaper options in the area and it's worth the money. I'm less than one mile from Rush and steps from all the amazing restaurants and Pink/Green/Blue line in West Loop. I will say that the gym is a little wimpy, although we did just get a Soul Cycle bike the other week. There is no pool like most other lux buildings in the area but I don't mind. We have a pretty spacious layout, but as with most Chicago apts, more storage would be great. Parking is $250 a month but worth it to not have to deal with winter parking in Chicago and risk of tickets. I feel very safe here as well.
