Quiet and Secure
The grounds are well kept, and it's quiet for the most part (upstairs neighbor you can hear them yelling, but I never hear anything from my next-door neighbors). It's pet friendly. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a bar within walking distance. It's a 10-15 minute drive to campus if traffic is light. There's also a 24 hrs gym, year round spa, and seasonal swimming pool. The neighborhood is safe, and management & maintenance are great.
