Nice place to live super close to campus!

The Ridge is a great apartment complex. It is an easy 5-8 minute drive from campus, in Mountain Park (which is a very nice, safe, neighborhood), includes a membership to the neighborhood Clubhouse (gym, pools, tennis courts etc.), my apartment is recently renovated, spacious, and has a balcony with a great view, a covered parking spot with a small storage area is included, we have our own outdoor pool that is open in the summer, and more.

Really great apartments.

Spendy but so is everywhere. Property managers are not conducive to rent reduction requests at all, but they are very responsive to maintenance requests. Quiet neighborhood which is nice, lots of walking trails, but also the walls are VERY thin and can hear everything above and below. Little kitchen storage. Nice location, very beautiful.

Really great apartments.

Love living here. Nice location, gym is convenient, and there is a pool for residents to use as well. Only complaint is that the floors/ceilings must be thin because we usually hear neighbors above us. That's just apartment life, though.

Expensive But Worth It

I love how quiet and secluded my neighborhood is. It makes it really difficult for people to find but that just makes it very peaceful. My landlord is great and very helpful and understanding. Any time I've had a problem it's been fixed usually the next day or so. Rent is expensive but everything thing in Portland and the surrounding area is expensive. At least my rent includes parking, water, garbage, a gym membership, and I have my own washer and dryer in the unit. Truly a great place with amazing management.

Everything I need

I love my apartment, it is close to school, close to a grocery store, I can walk to the gym, and I have a washer/dryer in my apartment. The management is great and have quickly fixed any problem I've had. I love having a balcony while living on the first floor and I enjoy having my own covered parking spot and lots of parking for guests. The only thing that's annoying is that it's hard for people to find my place and always have to call me because they get lost

Perfect for a studious person

I love living in Lake O because of it's proximity to campus but it can be hard to have a fun social life because it's not very close to downtown Portland and Uber/Lyft from here is expensive. But it is super safe and the amenities are way better than those offered anywhere downtown. The Mountain Park Recreational Center is right across the street so you can go swimming, work out, or attend fun events. This is definitely a great community for families. My apartment is the biggest one bedroom apartment out of my friends group so that's also a plus.
