I live in Broad Ripple, which is about 20 minutes away from the law school. I made the decision to move to broad ripple because I thought I would receive more value for the apartment price I was willing to pay. I love where I live. The neighborhood is safe, there are great local restaurants and bars in a walkable distance, and there is no noise problem with my neighbors. The apartment has plenty of storage compared to some other one bedroom and one bath apartments, and it comes with many amenities, such as a gym and pool. The Monon Trail is also right off the apartment complex. If you are wanting to live outside of downtown, I would highly recommend considering this apartment complex.
