Clean and safe
This has been a great place to live. The property manager is FANTASTIC, I feel safe walking my dog at any hour, and for the most part everyone is quiet and respectful. Maintenance, parking, pet fee, and gym membership included is a major plus. Lots of dogs, new appliances, overall great place to live.

Great place to live
Parking, large floor plans, pet friendly, cool "city" feel, great location. Management extremely helpful and responsive. Hersh's for pizza is nearby and is one of the best places for pizza in the city. When I added a roommate, management made it very easy to do so. Extremely high ceilings but utilities are always reasonable.

Best deal in Riverside
The 101 wells buildings are a conveniently-located, spacious community that may just be the best bargain in south baltimore. With a secure parking lot, gym and water included and a secure mail room, it brings peace of mind in the heart of the city. I love this place!
