Nice Apt
These apartments are great for what they are. They are inexpensive, clean, and the residents are friendly. The apartment is in a great location for students, and IU Indianapolis campus is only a few minute walk away. The Colts Park, Cultural Trail, and Canal Walk are all very close. Downtown is well within walking distance.
Maintenance services are hit or miss; sometimes they are very fast and responsive, others take days to weeks to examine any problems. Generally, they are friendly and easy to work with.
The building lacks many amenities that are common in other apartment complexes.
Overall a great value for the price.
