Many Pros, Few Cons

We love our apartment for its tall ceilings, large windows and the updated kitchen with great counter space. The bedroom is somewhat small but livable. The pet area is very spacious for city living, but we do not get much sunlight with the porch on the second floor of the building.

Love it

Absolutely love the place. It’s beautiful, the apartment is spacious and very clean. Love that there is free coffee in the lobby and plenty of amenities. There is a gym, yoga room, and the cutest board room on the 10th floor. Only wish that they had resident parking.

The Lenore Apartment

I had a good experience at The Lenore. Maintenance was always on time the 2 times I requested them. The amenities are not as great as some of the buildings in the area. High ceiling units. My unit unfortunately only had 1 window, but all in all I had a positive experience at The Lenore.

Good Location

Small apartments but located in a prime spot in downtown Baltimore. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers and nightlife. The management keeps the building clean and quiet. Street parking - not ever a problem finding a spot to park at any time of the day/night.

Downtown Living

The Baltimore area has seen a spike in the number of young professionals moving into the area. I moved into the Lenore after meeting my partner. We are living a few blocks from the inner harbor and are walking distance from Federal Hill and Mt. Vernon. The major problem is the cost of the apartment. Our rent is too high for Baltimore. I believe that this "market" rate apartment cost is not sustainable in Baltimore. There are two new "luxury" apartment building that have opened up 2 blocks from my current building, making 8 building within a 5 block radius.
