Overall excellent

A nice building with slightly older amenities (built in 2007). Has a pool and Gym, management is very responsive, location is awesome!

Great location!

The Gatsby Mansion is quite spectacular and the gothic-style architecture is stunning. With more than 20,000 square feet, it's the perfect place to throw epic parties. The Olympic size swimming pool adds to the place's glamour as well. Luckily, there are no nearby neighbors so we haven't had any issues with noise complaints. Unfortunately, the mansion is not metro-accessible so it's a little hard to get around, but the four-car garage makes up for that. It would be nice if there were nearby dining and nightlife options. While a little over-priced, the Gatsby Mansion has been an excellent place to live.

Love my Home

After living in 3 different apartment buildings in the Harbor East area, we finally found our home. Quiet, spacious, amazing view, outstanding management. We are so happy at home. Our apartment has hardwood floors with a spacious balcony, lovely! :)

Fells Point Reviews

7 reviews
This is the most fun area in Baltimore. It's right on the water and has beautiful views. Great bars and restaurants. There are amazing local boutiques. This is truly the most charming neighborhood in Baltimore.
Loved living here, close to restaurants and shopping!
The best area to live in Baltimore, hands down.
Fell's Point is the best area in Baltimore. It is beautifully situated on the water. It has dozens of restaurants and bars. There are always activities going on whether it be farmers markets or buck a shuck oysters. It's a lively place with lots of live music. My friends are always willing to come hang out.
Some pros include close proximity to the Harbor, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and many great restaurants/bars very close by.

Cons: Difficult to find parking, sometimes can get noisy at night.
Fells point is safe, fun, quiet at night, and has plenty of parking. It's close to public transportation and within walking distance of a few grocery stores.
