Decent for the pice considering the Arlington market.

New building, means new everything!

3400 Columbia pike is a nice place to live. It's a brand-new building so it's great getting to be the first person to live in a unit. There is a washer & dryer in each unit, stainless steal appliances and the studios are like junior 1 bedrooms. The amenities are great (gym, pool, pool table, garage).

Nice and diverse neighborhood. Up and coming. Safe and convenient. Lots of options for food and drinks. Close proximity to DC and Tyson's Corner. Lots of new construction.

The neighborhood is very family friendly. I can walk, bike, or bus easily to the metro/Pentagon City mall or bus/bike to the law school. Walking distance to fair assortment of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. on Columbia Pike. Neighborhood is dotted with parks, tennis courts, short bike path, and other recreation.

More working class up and down the pike, no bars or anything of that sort. But close enough to Ballston and Shirlington.
