Great place, but not for everyone
It's the best location to live off campus as a student. Not necessarily overall the best but it has the best geographical location. Including utilities and furnishing the apartment is nice. The one downside is the leasing office treats every student resident as if they are incapable and naive young students. Parent must be included in everything. They get every email you get and every form. If you want to develop into a independent young adult without needing your parents by your side the whole time, it is hard to here.
