Cute but old

The property is very sweet but old so things break a lot. Thankfully we have a full time handy man who speedily fixes things.

Great Apartment

Responsive management, and a solid value for location and size. Near a good amount of bars and restaurants but also very quiet streets. Right across from a small market which is extremely convenient and helps us out when we're in a pinch and forgot something at the grocery store.

Lovely Neighborhood hidden Downtown

The apartment building is in a wonderful location- quiet neighborhood yet a short walk from everything ! about a mile from Rock Creek park, the zoo, Meridian Hill Park, U Street/Logan, Georgetown- and 5 minutes from all the bars in DuPont. Perfect!
