Wonderful condo location in Woodley Park
Pros:
-great neighborhood
-1 block from Metro Red Line
-less than 5 min walk to access Rock Creek Park
-friendly staff and quiet community in building
-15-20 min walk to Adams Morgan and DuPont
Cons:
-no major grocery stores nearby (10-20 min walk)
- average 15-30 min commute to GW campus (Foggy Bottom)
-no gym
-no washer/dryer in units

Safe and great location, lacks amenities
Shoreham North Condominiums is a great place to live - 24 hour desk service, right next to Rock Creek Trail, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The building itself is quite outdated and lacks amenities (only has a small rooftop, no gym/pool/common areas). Overall, very happy here.

Safe and easy access to transit, but a bit dated
Shoreham North is located in the heart of Woodley Park and provides access to the metro and countless bus lines. It strikes a great balance of residential/suburban feel while still being close to all kinds of bars and restaurants. The 24-hour front desk staff are very kind and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the residents. The interior of the building feels a bit dated and displays a strange amount of Chinese decorations, including a very large war mural in the front lobby. Overall, really like living here!
