1201 S. Charles St.

The apartment itself is nice. Great appliances, kitchen, space, walk in closet. Beautiful view of downtown. The management company doesn't do much and hardly any utilities are provided. There is no gym, or any other amenities that other apartment buildings in the area have. Pets require a pet fee. There is limited parking in the apartment's garage but they also offer spots across the street in the west st. garage, but this costs around $250 additional a month.

The location is nice but the bars across the street are LOUD. I am mostly a daytime studier so this doesn't effect me much but if you like to stay up late to study, you will have to deal with constant DJ music thanks to wayward. If you need silence to fall asleep, this is not the apartment for you.

I haven't moved because I hate moving, and I know i am leaving after school. But for this price, find a place with a better location and at least parking and a gym.

Good Apartment, Loud in Summer, Management issues

The apartment itself is really nice - however, it is very expensive and rent goes up yearly. The bar across the street can be quite loud in the warmer months. There is no gym or included parking, and no extra amenities that make it a "luxury" apartment. The location is great and there is close access to the UMB shuttle. They allow cats and dogs (including pitbulls/pitty mixes) for a pet rental fee. The trash chute gets stuck a lot and management can be slow to fix it.

Federal Hill is filled with recent graduates and young professionals. It is a very fun neighborhood in baltimore that has many popular bars and restaurants. Walking distance from M&T Bank Stadium and Camden Yards, the neighborhood is absolutely electric on game days with everyone sporting a Ravens or Orioles jersey. As a young female, I always exercise caution when in a city by myself but I do feel very safe in Federal Hill.

Walking distance, relatively safe and clean. Pretty loud, not great parking. No nearby grocery stores besides 7/11 and CVS. Cross street market is disgusting.
