Decent price, close to metro
The proximity to the metro is the main thing I looked for when choosing this apartment. It's close to bus stations, the grocery store, and another huge plus is there's a washer/dryer in the apartment - almost impossible to find here! There are some drawbacks: storage is really tough (had to rent space at the nearby extra storage), no assigned parking so you're subjected to street parking if you come home later than 7pm, no central air meaning the electric bill will more than double in the winter, and the gym is really small. It's nice to have hardwood floors though, and the kitchen has granite countertops. Neighbors are relatively quiet too - all in all, good for the price.

Convenient apartment in safe area
Overall I like my apartment. The area is safe and very walkable. Staff are helpful. Parking is free but not guaranteed, so it's a problem to come home after ~6pm on a weeknight (you end up having to street park). Heating units are not very efficient.
