Pretty decent place to live in Downtown Silver Spring
The Gramax is on the southern edge of Silver Spring, in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Close to a bunch of several bars and restaurants, with more opening up. The apartment building is clean and mostly quiet. There have been some issues with the elevator, but management seems to be on top of those. The apartment is modest in size, but perfectly fine for one person. The kitchen and bathroom aren't the newest, but certainly aren't outdated (yet).
