Convenient Place to Live

My apartment is a decent apartment. Nothing super fancy and no real amenities but it’s quiet, half a block from the Cleveland Park Metro, 2 bus lines, rock creek park, and many restaurants. Easy commute to AU and downtown. It’s an old building but maintenance comes quickly when there are issues. Neighbors are quiet.
