Good location for the price and lots of students
This apartment building is nothing super fancy or luxury, but it has everything you need, is safe, and is a solid option for the price. I probably wouldn't have been able to afford anything else in the Cheviot Hills area. It is a close walk to the metro, has a gym and rooftop, and parking is only $15 per month.

Pool and parking is nice. Nice area to walk my dog. Walkable to downtown culver city. Clean.

Good overall
I enjoy this apartment and it’s a good distance to both school and other LA areas. But it is pricey and they up rent by a lot each year.
