Honestly this place is perfection!!!

This is university housing but it is an off campus apartment complex specifically for grad students. It comes with in unit washer/dryer, a parking garage and assigned spot, all utilities covered, its fully furnished, there's a pool, small gym, and study areas, it's only a 12 minute drive from UCLA, and there is a Target next door. It's very spacious, fresh, nice lighting, and modern design. It doesn't even feel remotely like a dorm, only thing is that if you're hosting a party in the apartment patio they will come shut it down at 10 :( But otherwise it's honestly perfection.
