Beautiful Apt in Little Tokyo

There are many things to love about Arrive Wakaba:
-The building feels new despite being built around 2017-2019. It changed management recently, so plenty of the amenities have been renovated.
-The units feel modern, the floorplans are mostly open-concept, and the kitchens are all outfitted with gas stoves. Soundproofing is wonderful; I never hear my neighbors, and sounds from the street are mostly shut out when the windows are closed.
-Management is super responsive. I submitted a maintenance request when my sink disposal wasn't working, thinking it would take about 48 hours to get a response. A maintenance worker was at my door within 2 hours and quickly resolved the issue.
-It's in the heart of Little Tokyo, just a block away from the village plaza and all of the bars and restaurants around it. Also easily walking distance from the breweries in the Arts District.
