Convenience in downtown Portland

On multiple levels this apartment building is a deal.

1) Charm. This building was built in the 1920's and has all the architectural features of that era (old intercom system, dark wooden floors, clawfoot tubs, etc.)

2) Water is included in rent. Since the apartment runs on radiator heat (hot water running through pipes) heat is free. We're talking tank top inside when it's freezing outside.

3) Internet. The building uses an outside internet provider called Fastmesh. For $25 a month you can have blazing fast internet for up to 4 devices with no contract and no fees (there is also a cheaper plan offered than the $25 a month).

4)Downtown. You will literally live in a neighborhood on the edge of downtown portland (grocery store 4 blocks away). I walk to downtown events/shopping/restaurants all the time and don't have to worry about parking. Freeway access is extremely easy.

5) Parking. Street parking is available. It's $60 a year for a zone M vehicle pass from the city.

6) A good number of the apartments have balconies...everybody loves balconies!

7)Trimet. The Max Goose Hollow stop is 2 blocks away. Go Max.

8)Views. Depending on the apartment there are great views of downtown portland.
