Mediocre Complex

The complex is pretty old and with no updates, it doesn't make the rent seem worth it. They continue to raise the rent without making any improvements to the actual apartment. The location is the best part about the complex.

Very average apartment in NE

The apartments are very old and definitely over priced. However, it's a great location and the maintenance is fast. Compared to other portland apartments I've lived in, the parking space and pet rent are cheap.
