Lazy and Quiet
The complex is on a hill in Tigard, so great views of the area to the north. Heating works great and some apts have a/c (a rarity in the Portland area). The management is great. Whenever I've had a problem, they would do everything they could to resolve it as quickly as possible. Electric stove and burner but, surprisingly, no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. The location is off a side street on 99W, so it is hard for the average person to wander into but still easy to get to wherever you need in Portland. Only 18-25 minutes away from Lewis and Clark College.
