Good location, well maintained older building
The building is a bit older (1960's era) but the management keeps it in good shape. The location is great, 25 minutes to school, 5 minute walk to downtown Culver City, 10 minute walk to Palms metro. It is farther away from Santa Monica/Brentwood, so a lot of the Anderson social events are a bit of a trek, so I wouldn't recommend the area to anyone who is going to be going out every night.

Good apartment, recently renovated. Great location and easy commute. Some fixtures were installed sloppily during the renovation, and the walls are a bit thin.
