Great apartment.
This apartment has been perfect for my roommate and I (also a law student). It’s in a super convenient location—walking distance from a couple grocery stores, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc.—and only about a 20 minute drive from school. The bedrooms are almost exactly the same square footage, and the bathrooms are both fairly private even though one is not inside the bedroom. There is also central AC/heating, which is a HUGE plus, and you get two tandem parking spaces.
The building isn’t managed by a large company, which can be good and bad. The manager is awesome, attentive, kind, and gets things done as quickly as he can, but he’s only one guy and there are some things (like the intercom system) that would require more $ and infrastructure to update.
The major negative to the building is that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors and vice versa. The other tenants are pretty quiet though, so it’s not a huge problem.
