The housing office could provide individual vacuum for tenants that can help keep the carpets clean.

Weyburn is very convenient. Walking distance to school, 3 different grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, graduate gym, and more. Weyburn also has a mini Anderson community: I never felt alone and always was able to find people to socialize and study with.

Located within a 20-min walk from campus and close to everything from grocery stores to cafes and bars. Peaceful and safe. Building management is great. You live surrounded by other grad students so socializing is easy. Facilities include study rooms, laundry, a business center and basically everything you'll possibly need, except a gym.

It is not far from Campus. I can walk to school within 25 mins or ride a bike. It is very convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. It is owned by university so it is very safe and we have all graduates around. For big holidays like Halloween, the apartment office will hold a party outside. I strongly recommend it to foreign students.

Weyburn is a 25-minute walk/15-minute bus ride + short walk to Anderson. It's conveniently located in Westwood with all your student necessities (i.e. UCLA Bruin Bus & LAX Flyaway bus stop, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other restaurants) nearby. It's solely for grad students so it's a pretty quiet and safe environment as well.

Weyburn Terrace - the on-campus graduate housing location is convenient, at a great location and good deal given the area. It is also super convenient for international students since it is furnished and all the utilities etc are taken care of. The rooms are a little small but you will not be able to spend much time in them anyway!

I love catching the bus in the morning. I can leave 25 minutes before class starts, and I will get there on time. Weyburn has a community of Anderson students that socialize, but we always have to travel to events in Brentwood and Santa Monica. Ten percent or less of events happen in Westwood. I recently bought a car, so I can participate in more events without getting an Uber everywhere.

The court yard is beautiful. It is enjoyable by living at the houses attached with gardens and beautiful lawn.

The room is really new and clean. Everything (water, gas, electric, cable, internet) is included in the bill. The big plus is that the place is so close to the campus. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the school and there is bus bus stop right in front of the building. The gym (K-rec) is 5-min walk away. The bad thing is that the room is a bit small and it smells when you cook. Also you can't but a parking permit at school.
