Great Option

Not many graduate students, mostly undergraduates, however it's close to everything/night life and class. Very convenient

A lot of undergrad students, dog park is usually dirty or broken, pool gets shut down a lot, they are good at fixing issues in appliances though

Best location you can have!

The apartment is a little smaller than other options but the location on Franklin more than makes up for it!

Great Apartment!

Great location, makes it very easy to be social as an MBA. Right in the middle of Franklin Street. My only complaint is that the building is a bit undergrad heavy, but the convenience / amenities make it worth it.

Overall Good Experience

I’ve had an overall good experience now that the new management team has taken over. There are a lot of undergrads that live here so it gets loud & obnoxious sometimes, especially on the weekends. Unit is nice and I’ve enjoyed my apartment.

Living near Franklin Street is amazing! It allows you to walk to restaurants/bars and making it feel like a college town. If you like walking to things, this is the place to be!

All the bars and restaurants are right here, it's a close walk to campus, and also to Carborro.

Walking distance to all bars and restaurants, living on the west end also walkable to Carrboro

10 minute drive to school and grocery

Borders a rough neighborhood behind Rosemary Street so must always keep doors locked and never walk home alone.

Depending on where you live it can be noisy with undergrads - steer clear of The Warehouse Apartments and Chancellor Square that are next to Bobs on either side.

I've loved that I'm walking distance to everything on Franklin Street and that I've been able to engage with more of the greater UNC campus than my peers in the MBA program.

Walkable to most restaurants and bars. Not on Franklin St, so not as much noise but Rosemary St. can still be pretty busy.
