Great value for the price!
Large units, easy access to HW 36, lots of surrounding food options, stores, parks, trails, and green spaces. Covered parking included. Maintenance has been incredible when we needed to call them.

Great quality for price
My roommate and I are living in a newly renovated apartment with two balconies and a fire place. Parking is only $10-15 per month per person. Drive to class is 20 min or less everyday. Very quiet and family friendly. Gym, pool and lobby PRINTER included.

Great location for law students
I really love Summit at Flatirons. It has great proximity to 36 so that getting to both Boulder and Denver is a breeze. I have had very little maintenance problems in the 2 years I've lived there, but when I have, the maintenance team is so kind and helpful. This complex is relatively cheap compared to others in the area, so I feel like it is a great deal.
