Good apartment
My unit is nice, albeit kind of old. There was a renovation over the summer and many of my appliances were installed incorrectly, which took a few weeks to fix. When everything is working, it is pretty nice.

Union Baseline Review
Great location and can walk to the law school in less than 10 minutes. Responsive management and employees. Some issues with maintenance requests and though renovated, not the same as a newer apartment. Feels like a safe place to live overall.

Great location but lots of maintence issues
The location is great! It's about a 7 minute walk from the law school. It came furnished, which was great, but there have been lots of maintenance issues and the maintenance staff does not respond very quickly. We were told they were newly renovated over the summer with a new renovation company, so it's possible these issues were a one-time thing.

Fundamental lies in my leasing contract
Take this with a grain of salt, as I am in the process of securing legal representation to sue this company for breach and misrepresentation, but I cannot advise against living here stronger.
During lease signing, I was guaranteed specific floorplan, amenities, and rent amount. At move-in, I was told that I was being reassigned to a smaller unit, without the requested amenities, at the same rent amount as my original assignment. I was told I could either assent to the modification, or cancel the contract and take all of my things elsewhere.

Good apartment
My appartment is very sunny and the appliancies are nice. Managment is generally responsive to any maintenance issues, although I have lived here for a year and still do not have the key to my storage unit, despite asking repeatedly. I love the location, since it is very close to the law school and near multiple bus stops where I can go to Pearl Street, Denver, or anywhere else I want to go. My big complaint is that it can get rather loud at night since a lot of other young people live in this complex and they are roudy when they get drunk.

Review for Union Baseline
Convenient location near the law school (less than a 10-minute walk) and near all bus tops (making this an ideal spot if you don't have a car). Appliances are all new within the last few years and the living room/kitchen area is fairly spacious, same with bedrooms/bathrooms. Apartments come with a balcony but this doesn't do much if you're on the first floor like I am. Additionally, the apartment can get noisy due to the thin walls (you WILL hear your upstairs neighbors which is annoying at night) and the rent is more expensive compared to what my friends are paying in Boulder with roommates.

Great place to live close to school
I really enjoy living here due to its proximity to the law school. The buildings are a little older, but it is still pretty nice and spacious with okay storage and amenities. It is also pretty quiet. Overall, I think it is a great place to live for law school.

Overall very happy
Pros: The management is very responsive and helpful, the man who is in charge of maintenance is friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the floorplans are roomy and well lit. I generally feel safe, and so far my packages have never been stolen.
Cons: I still have not gotten the key to my storage unit, there is generally some screaming at night (mostly drunk undergrads), the rent is high, and I have to pay for my own internet and utilities.
No opinion: I have not used the pool, and while they do offer multiple social events, I have not yet been able to attend one with my schedule. I do not have a dog, but it seems like everyone else does.

Its pretty good but not perfect - also very expensive
I think the size of the apartment is great. Its spacious and very comfortable. It comes with a washer and dryer and all appliances. You have your own bathroom and some of the apartments even come with a fireplace.
