The place is kept up ok. They mailroom gets messy but they have cleaning staff come in every week or every other and they keep the hallways and mail room cleaner. Still lots of cobwebs. The laundry room is older, moldy, and quite expensive. They have an unfinished storage room which is a little sketch. The doors to the outside have the weirdest locking mechanism so they are never really locked by tenants. But we dont have issues of people coming and going. The management company is sometimes helpful. It really depends on the type of request. I find I often have to follow up to get a work order looked at. But every maintenance person I deal with is nice, courteous and respectful. They also have a 24hr emergency line which I have had to call and they do respond. the space is big but overpriced given the oldness of the amenities. Also very loud. the floors suck and do not insulate any sound. dogs and cats allowed and there's constantly dog shit in the alley and yard. right next to coventry village attractions and the CWRU shuttles, blue line, and RTA line 9 and 7

Old building but fairly well kept up. Maintenance keeps it clean and usually responds to requests. They do maintenance on inside and outside. My individual apartment could use some updates like the floors which include loose boards broken in the middle. Maintenance could be more consistent at responding to work orders but if you call rental office, they will apologize and send someone over. I think I'm overpaying given how old and unrenovated the apartment is, but I'm close to coventry shops which has appeal. It is about 700 sq ft with very small bedroom, dining room, living room, and galley kitchen. Also laundry is v expensive in building--$4 a load

Recently renovated apartments look very nice though finishes are fairly cheap.
