Highly recommended

I highly recommend living here. It's a nice 15 minute walk to campus, and there is a bus stop right across the street that provides very wide access to the city. There is also a Safeway and CVS within walking distance. Many other young professionals live in the area, and I always feel safe when I need to walk home from the hospital at night. The apartment complex itself is very quiet, the apartment boasts the best square footage I found for the money, and there is an on-site manager who is incredibly friendly and is available to fix nearly anything that breaks usually the next day. Living in DC is never going to be inexpensive, so I am glad I found a residence within walking distance to the GUH hospital that is safe, quiet, and comfortable.

Safe in a very nice neighborhood - 20 minute walk to Georgetown

This apartment is good value for the price (in DC) - all utilities (except for phone, internet, and cable) are included for $1495 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, about 750 sq. ft.

Good points: safe neighborhood, 20 minute walk to school, good value, plenty of street parking (residential parking permit from DMV required), bus stop close by

Bad points: not close to stores or restaurants (recommend that you have a car)
