Harborview 1/1

Tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a fun, popular area in Fells Point right along the water, it is a very spacious "studio", with no door to the bedroom, but a little over 1,000 sqft. Garage parking is $125 per car. Concierge present 24/7. Great community. Very dog friendly with dog run in the back. Had an issue with a toilet running that cost me a lot of money on water bill one month. Maintenance very responsive, but hasn't been able to resolve this issue.

Beautiful property with perfect management

Cannot say enough good things about this building! Not only is it perfectly maintained, but the management constantly goes above and beyond to continue making improvements. This year they installed peloton bikes and updated the landscaping. They sponsor fun events like a crab feast or a happy hour sponsored by local restaurants, and also make fresh cookies every damn day.

I love this place

I am lucky enough to have a friend who can afford a place like this and make me pay minimum rent. It's amazing and the area around it has so much to offer. Bars, restaurants, quaint shops, you name it. They're going to have to drag me out of here and I'll def be holding on to the curtains when they do.

Baltimore Resident

Love the Crescent Fells Point. Very safe area, lots of amenities including Gym, Pool, Parking, Movie Theater, Large common areas and Business Centers.

My boyfriend and I moved in during the summer of 2015 and we plan to stay for another 2-3 years.

This is the most fun area in Baltimore. It's right on the water and has beautiful views. Great bars and restaurants. There are amazing local boutiques. This is truly the most charming neighborhood in Baltimore.

Fell's Point is the best area in Baltimore. It is beautifully situated on the water. It has dozens of restaurants and bars. There are always activities going on whether it be farmers markets or buck a shuck oysters. It's a lively place with lots of live music. My friends are always willing to come hang out.

Some pros include close proximity to the Harbor, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and many great restaurants/bars very close by.

Cons: Difficult to find parking, sometimes can get noisy at night.

Fells point is safe, fun, quiet at night, and has plenty of parking. It's close to public transportation and within walking distance of a few grocery stores.
