Spacious and lively

The apartment itself is a great place to live, very spacious and the amenities are included, which is very nice! Management is usually very social, but sometimes it is difficult to get all the paperwork worked out in the beginning. The building is located right next to the JHMI stop, and there are a bunch of cute little places to eat nearby.

Great view!

The apartment is located in the midst of Charles Village and is a steal in price for the amenities and utilities included in the rent. There are many restaurants and places to go to around the apartment also. The area is very safe, and the management is also great! Also very close to the JHMI, purple circulator, and MTA stops.

Nice condo building

Moved in two years ago and have had a pretty good time. It's a nice place, the owners put in some nice fixtures. Lots of space in my apartment. Really good that the utilities are included with rent or I might have had some pretty high bills. Anyways, I really like it here.

Spacious and convenient

The location is really good, and it's really nice having all amenities included in the rent (except internet). Usually pretty quiet though you can hear some sounds from down the hall. It can be a little annoying at night when people are partying, but the walls are thick enough that you don't hear them unless you're pressed against the wall.

Overall pretty nice

The management can be a little disorganized but they're very nice about it and really do try to be accommodating. My apartment itself is nice. It has south and west facing windows, so it gets a lot of sunlight. The owners renovated it so it's really beautiful.

Quiet and nice

The apartment has been great to live at! The amenities are good and easy to access and management is very understanding. The place is very close to different forms of public transportation and is located in a very safe area. There is someone at the front desk 24/7, and they are very friendly. It is quiet in the building also. There are also a lot of food options close by.

Charles Village Reviews

Charles Village is right in the heart of Baltimore - every where in the city is at most a 15-20 minute drive and every major bus line runs right through Charles Village. Honestly, you might not need to leave very often - there are tons of bars, music venues, and the Baltimore Museum of Art all right here.
I'm right next to campus, so there are a lot of security patrols, and it feels very safe. Most of the renters in the building are students too, which helps.
Close to JHU, which means too many undergrads. But lots of older students and families too. Restaurants are decent. Public transit is good. Safety is above average for Baltimore.
