Haus 5350

It's a really nice space about 12 minutes from the law school. I've never had any major issues, and minor issues have been fixed promptly by management.

Amli 5350 Review

Living at Amli 5350 is a great experience. It is on a main bus line from campus and across from Monkey Nest coffee shop which is a great place to study. Very close to HEB and a few restaurants. More north than most students but good value.

convenient to school and good living environment

Amli although it's a bit pricey for students but indeed has great community quality and less hassle compared to other communities.

Traffic can get heavy on Anderson and Burnet, but there's so many restaurants within walking distance (for us at least) that traffic can often times be avoided. Good spot within Austin as well being close to downtown but near North/Northwest Austin and Cedar Park.

There is a lot of stuff nearby with restaurants, and being close to Mopac, but it isn't noisy from traffic at all. I'll occasionally hear a siren but that's it. It's also right by a natural grocery store and a Walmart.
