Riata is a great place to live

The full sized state of the art gym was one of the main selling points for me. Management is wonderful and s responsive to any problems. Most importantly, I have never once questioned my safety living here. Riata feels like a community, rather than just an apartment complex.

I love the Riata Apartments

The only inconvenience is their location. Other than that they have great amenities and awesome activities. The apartments are relatively new and people living there are nice. They have a bunch of pools and also dog parks. Other things are social events and outdoor activities. The management are real nice and the maintenance department usually is pretty quick in fixing your tickets.
