Mint Urban

The apartments are small, not too outdated. No gym, big downside, but a nice social area, pool and washers/dryers. The management is very nice and understanding. Always enough free parking for yourself and your guests. My favorite coffee shop is located very close.

Mint Urban Establishment

Awesome staff, maintnence is always handled fast. Not a luxury complex, but it's not priced to be. The grounds are gorgeous, the neighbors can be loud but the buildings feel private. My dog, my partner and I love it here! Close to S1st restaurants and being right off 290 is super convenient if you work south like I do. We love walking to donkey coffee on the weekends and the pool is great in the summer. There is no gym but the grounds are really pretty and make for a nice dog walk. There's also a few gyms nearby. Have never had a safety incedent, but we live on the second floor and face inward instead of the streat. There are always plenty of laundry machines free and they have a cool card system so you dont need quarters. Wish they would get google fiber installed, though! Also love the huge trees around the complex. Overall great value for the location and atmosphere.

Great location, old apartments.

These are one of Austin's many refurbished apartment complexes. We've had lots and lots of trouble with everything from thin walls to things breaking. Maintenance is so so but not great. I think the awful property manager has been replaced so maybe some things will turn around?

Good pool and great location.

Apartment amenities are terrible; grounds amenities are okay

The apartments were artificially "updated" to give them a modern look, but the work is very poor quality. Of course, that doesn't keep them from charging '04 prices for an average apartment, at best. The walls are paper thin and I can hear every time my neighbor flushes the toilet. The hot water has gone out twice this year and there have been several waterline breaks, which means you may wake up without water for the day. Laundry is communal, which is a terrible pain. If the machines are working (which is rare), there is often a wait. The pool area looks nice, but the pool itself could use some work.

Old Apartments- Lots of problems

These apartments are a great location but should have been torn down rather than "renovated". Bugs, fire hazards and cheap appliances sum up this place perfectly. Management is sub par and even maintenance sometimes doesn't really know what they're doing.
