Management company is great and deal with issues quickly and efficiently.

Close to Campus and Aurora
I picked this particular unit because of its location between Aurora and Denver. I have family in Aurora and did not want to be too far from them, but needed to be closer to campus.
I am most pleased with the management at Cortland. They are very helpful and kind, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Would not recommend
There has been a lot of theft and break-ins, including car windows being smashed and cars being stolen. Management has done nothing to combat this issue. There is not a lot of security at the building and as a single woman, it does not feel very safe at night. Packages often go missing or are stolen if they are left outside the resident's doors. Amenities are great and the apartments are spacious and updated but it's not worth the risk.

Very quiet, very well designed and laid out. Feels more like a condo or a home than an apartment.
