Beautiful space in a quiet area near 18th Street
Airy View is a condo building where 80% of the units are lived in by the owners, and the remaining few are occupied by renters. The apartments are beautiful and it's wonderful being close to the heart of the city and within walking distance from Rock Creek Park, while still in a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood. Most occupants are older individuals and families, so as a young DC resident, be aware that this won't be a great social scene. That being said, all my friends are incredibly jealous of my apartment and I don't plan to give it up until I move away from the city!
