Poorly managed and terrible maintenance

Old, run down building with horrendous management. Apartment was left uncleaned and in disrepair from last tenant to my move-in. Insufficient hot water, flooding, mold. Management has fought me every step of the way in trying to get my home safe and repaired in a timely manner. They are money hungry, rude, and unprofessional. RUN!
