Village Lofts

Great building with brand new rooms and kitchen appliances. Missing building amenities but garage parking is a blessing. In-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. Management team is not very responsive but fortunately because the building is new not many problems arise. In a very safe area, patrolled by the Hopkins campus police.

Charles Village is right in the heart of Baltimore - every where in the city is at most a 15-20 minute drive and every major bus line runs right through Charles Village. Honestly, you might not need to leave very often - there are tons of bars, music venues, and the Baltimore Museum of Art all right here.

I'm right next to campus, so there are a lot of security patrols, and it feels very safe. Most of the renters in the building are students too, which helps.

Close to JHU, which means too many undergrads. But lots of older students and families too. Restaurants are decent. Public transit is good. Safety is above average for Baltimore.
