Bottom Floor Condo
I have lived in this bottom floor condo for a little under 2 years. It's a gorgeous unit, almost 1500 square feet, with a huge kitchen and brand new appliances. The unit also has hardwood floors, marble countertops and new central heating/cooling (also a fake fireplace, not really my thing but a lot of people seem to think it's a big deal). The rent is a little expensive for this area, but the private parking space and cable/internet being included more than makes up for it.
Outside of the apartment, the area is pretty nice. It's right at the edge of Mt. Vernon which is a younger, pretty safe neighborhood. There are a decent number of restaurants around, and its great being near lots of bus stops and the train station. Just don't wander more than 2-3 block in certain directions after dark and you'll be fine.
Overall I'd highly recommend this building and especially this unit. The landlords are pretty nice and tend to stay out of your way. If it was a little cheaper it would be a 10/10, but overall I'd probably give it an 9/10 for now.
