Very Affordable and Safe
The location isn't the best. It's not close to any bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. However, it is very close to the Cold Spring Ln exit of I-83, and it is also close to the Cold Spring Ln light rail stop. It's also a 40-minute walk to the Avenue in Hampden, which is full of quirky life. This area by far is much safer and much more affordable compared to places like Mt Vernon, Fells Point, or Charles Village. There is plenty of free parking, and there are a lot of young families.
