Live/work space that is great for artists

Clean, modern apartments that are perfect for artists and other creative types. Some apartments come with slop sinks for your studio practice, and have moderate ventilation systems. Nice mix of creative people. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy (do not walk alone at night) but is on the rise and within walking distance of the more commercial Mt. Vernon district.
