Convenient Location to campus

Older complex on the quieter side. Shared laundry located on main floor, parking located on ground floor, stairs only (I.e no elevators). Unit includes gas appliances (stove/oven), gas fireplace, but you’ll likely need to get your own fridge. Rooms and balconies are nice and spacious.

Responsive property manager and handyman.
