This management company is EXTREMELY slow to fix things- my shower was not functional from the time I moved in in August until January. My closets had water damage in the winter and were unusable, and it took them a month to fix that leak. The rent is a huge rip-off for the quality of the apartments, even though on the surface they look a bit nicer than some others in the neighborhood.

The apartment started out fine, but there have been several maintenance issues that have not been resolved. There was an active leak in the bathroom for about four and a half months, which maintenance ignored. It took a formal letter to correct conditions for the leak to be repaired, and the damage is still present. The apartment is incredibly drafty, so it is difficult to keep warm in the winter. Natural light is limited. There has been an ongoing pest infestation since the fall.

Management is not responsive. I had a severe leak in my bathroom for months, and my requests to the maintenance staff and management were ignored. The apartment gets no sunlight, and the building is old and very drafty. While the unit has central heating, a consistent temperature cannot be maintained due to poor insulation. Surrounding properties are noisy. There is a single washing machine and dryer for the entire building, and you must go outside to access from all but two units in the building. The laundry room floods. There has been on ongoing pest problem for months.
