Overall, a really nice place to live

Apartment is great (recently renovated) and landlord is responsive! Though not the most social of buildings, everyone I have met has been very friendly. And, while the building itself is on the older side, it is well kept and often updated. The front desk staff is great and the building is secure. The area is also really nice and residential, right on the border of Foggy Bottom and Georgetown. It's close to campus and to Trade Joe's & Whole Foods.

Overall very satisfied

Great location, near campus, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. Very safe surroundings and secure building. Never have maintenance issues, I also have a very responsive and kind landlord. Overall very peaceful and quiet.
